task
Since 1939, the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) has hosted an annual single-elimination tournament for D1 Men's Basketball. 68 Collegiate Basketball teams compete in for D1 Championship. Known for its exciting games and upsets of favored teams, March Madness has become one of the biggest annual sporting events in the US.
As a designer, I built graphic templates across Live TV, streaming services, and social media. These templates present informational, promotional, and engaging content for over 13.8 Million Viewers.
Project Goals

Reflection
I created working design documents for our 10 designers. When organizing layers and tools, I accounted for efficiency in information input and the experience of designing graphics. This meant organizing and color-coding our layers to be digestible and creating tutorial documents to teach new tools.
Working in real-time, I learned how to adapt and create graphics on demand. I can manage over 10+ design requests per hour by prioritizing my tasks based on urgency and efficiency. This project upgraded my reaction time, tolerance to pressure, and cross-functional communication.
